In competitive sports, in addition to training, it is above all regeneration that determines the success of the athlete. Today everyone trains well and hard in competitive sports; However, those who, due to a faster regeneration, have the advantage of not only having trained just as well and intensively as their opponent, but also being able to do so more often, will ultimately win. The period between two training sessions is used to restore performance as quickly as possible according to the best medical-scientific standard, in order to then train more and to continue as soon as possible after the training session. The athlete’s success and performance therefore depend significantly on the speed of his regeneration.
In August 2007, Dr. med. Alf, Head of the Institute for Sports Medicine at the Olympia Training Center in Essen, Germany, presented the results that he determined for 50 athletes and with exactly 1,200 blood tests. The athletes of the individual sports trained in the same training group, with half of the respective training group being subjected to a 30-minute treatment with the VACUSPORT every 2 days.
The result of the study is clear. As a result of better blood circulation and detoxification, an accelerated reduction in lactate and creatine kinase was found.
It is the result of increasing microcirculation and optimizing capillarization through rhythmic capillary dilatation and capillary compression using pressure and vacuum.
The treatment method, as explained by Dr. Alf, acts like a second external heart.
